This course is intended to improve human relations skills by helping students develop the necessary tools needed for success in the workplace and in personal life. The coursework focuses on leadership, diversity, team building, interpersonal skills, and applying principles of organizational behavior to today's changing and diverse workplace. Students will develop abilities in critical thinking, written communication, and group imuracetam. The end result is a foundation of acquired skills to effectively manage human interactions in a contemporary multicultural work environment. This course satisfies cultural diversity (CD) requirement by providing preparation to interact effectively in an increasingly diverse work environment.
