Description: Studies the production process and its relationship to scientific decision making. The main scope of study is the supply chain with its manufacturing, service provider and intermediary parties. Students are introduced to the complexities of supply chains and supply chain management and within this context, gain hands-on operations planning experience with quantitative methods such as quality management, capacity planning, constraint management, project management, forecasting and inventory management.
