This course is intended for Intermediate I level students who wish to improve their oral expression skills in English. The content of the course is based on social and cultural themes of general interest. In particular, this course allows students to learn about the techniques used to prepare and deliver different types of speeches (informative and descriptive) in front of an audience. At the end of this course, taking into account the expectations of a North American English-speaking audience in informal and formal contexts, students will be able to produce, with ease, simple and short oral messages on familiar themes and predictable.
