Course Description
This course introduces the fundamental concepts and practices of project management. Students learn how projects differ from routine operations and how organizations use structured methods to achieve specific goals within time and budget constraints.
The course covers the entire project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Students develop practical understanding of scheduling techniques, resource allocation, teamwork, communication, and risk management.
