This course aims to familiarize students with service and dining skills needed in a dining room, and in other hospitality sites. Areas to be covered include service techniques for food and beverage including French, Russian, Butler, and American. Also what should a server know and what should a diner expect? Topics included are table setting, personal dining ettiquette and business social skills.
