本課程以認識中華文化中的生活哲學並進一步以實踐體驗為主。課程分四大方面:第一
是身體觀,如穴道,養身,氣功,武術等與身體保健相關的養身哲學;第二是生命觀,如由大傳統儒釋道
的主軸至民俗相命卜卦的生命樣態選擇;第三是休閒藝術,如棋藝,剪紙,印刻,童玩等趣味活動:第四
是飲食藝術,如茶飲,食補,以及中華烹飪特色等。藉由體驗分享從而對中華文化有進一步理解,實踐跨
文化的多元嘗試。
This course invites international students to explore and experience the daily life and trad
itions of Chinese culture. Through simple instruction and hands-on activities, students will
gain a deeper understanding of how Chinese people live, think, relax, and eat. The course i
s designed for learners with basic Chinese language skills and emphasizes participation, exp
erience, and cultural exchange.
The course is organized into four key themes:
1. Healthy Living and the Body: Learn about Chinese wellness practices such as acupressure,
qigong, and martial arts.
2. Life and Belief Systems: Explore traditional ideas from Confucianism, Daoism, and Buddhis
m, along with folk beliefs like fortune-telling.
3. Arts, Games, and Leisure: Engage in fun cultural activities including paper-cutting, Chin
ese chess, stamp carving, and traditional toys.
4. Food and Tea Culture: Discover Chinese culinary traditions through tea tasting, food prep
aration, and exploring the meaning of food in daily life.
