1【授業の目的】
The objective of this course is to develop students’ ability to analyze clients’ images and styles and to plan appropriate makeup designs by acquiring fundamental theories and techniques of makeup, based on relationship-building skills within social competence and change-creating abilities within creative convergence competence. Students will understand the purpose of makeup and its historical development in relation to social and cultural trends. They will also study makeup materials and tools. Students will learn basic makeup techniques, including base makeup application and color makeup expression. In addition, students will acquire methods of makeup expression appropriate to various makeup themes.

Evaluation Method Details Course assessment consists of a K-Beauty Glow-Up Challenge video submission, 40-minute reciprocal practical examinations assessing preparation, hygiene, and technical proficiency, and a PowerPoint portfolio of course materials and weekly makeup practices.
