Introduction to the elements of two-dimensional design and the application of those elements in visual projects.
Course Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
・Apply design principles to 2 dimensional design projects.
・Use a variety of media and materials to investigate 2 dimensional design concepts.
・Compose a response to a design challenge.
・Explore design traditions and respond to their discoveries.
・Critique finished work and work in progress using design terminology.
