This course provides students with basic sanitation principles and practices for a food-service operation. The course follows the BASICS.fst online program and will include an exam for certification in Basics.fst. Students will learn the fundamentals of SmartServe and successfully complete an exam to attain SmartServe Certification. Lastly, students will complete a course in First Aid and CPR.
