This course uses contemporary topics to improve students' skills in reading, speaking, listening, note taking, research, and working in groups. Students will research and read current articles from the textbook, newspapers, magazines, and the internet, listen to lectures, present information to your classmates, listen to guest speakers and to each other, and discuss ideas.
