This course is for intermediate I level students who wish to improve their English pronunciation skills. The course content is based on a wide variety of phonological properties of basic English. This course allows students to produce the phonemic North American English traits, to target key phonetic information and to understand the correspondence between spelling and pronunciation. While targeting the pronunciation, practices include expressions useful to life of all the days of Canadian culture. At the end of this course, students will be able to produce, as appropriate, basic phonological structures.
