<授業の目的・計画>
This course provides students with basic sanitation principles and practices for a food-service operation using the BASICS.fst online program including an industry exam to earn the Basics.fst Food Handlers certification. The learner will adopt the fundamentals of the safe service of alcohol through the SmartServe program. Successful Completion of on line training and exam will achieve the SmartServe Certification. The learner will also participate in the on line and practical training for Emergency First Aid/CPR training and earn the Red Cross Emergency Level C First Aid/CPR Certificate.
