<授業の目的・計画> This course is designed to teach students the fundamental concepts of food and beverage service in the hospitality industry, as determined by the National Occupational Standards of Canada. This course will take place in Centennial College's Beverage Tasting Room. Students will participate in an experiential learning environment that will cover the history, significance and tasting of Wines, Spirits and Beers.
