This course is part of the Tourism and Travel Program and adheres to the standards of both theAssociation of Canadian Travel Agents/CITC Core Curriculum and the occupational standards of theCanadian Tourism Human Resources Council.The learner will develop proficiency in using the Apollo/Galileo computer reservation system to make andchange airline, car and hotel reservations and to price and issue tickets for scheduled airline travel. Thecourse is presented using a combination of in-class lectures, and the Viasinc airline reservation simulationprogram.
