生活編
野球観戦
中間試験が終わり、一度落ち着いたので学校のイベントに参加しました。学内では生徒会が企画した国内旅行など月に一回ずつイベントがあるのですが、今回は大田にある野球場で地元の野球チームの試合観戦をしに行きました。学校のイベントだと、学校からのシャトルバス、軽食、チケットすべて用意してくれ、安く、安心して観戦することができます。このように1000円ほどで送迎バス、昼食付の国内旅行を楽しめるイベントを企画してくれます。試験期間には昼食の配布もしてくれます。ソルブリッジでは学生課、総務課の窓口は学生が担当し、スタッフにも学生が何人かいます。生徒会の他にスチューデントアソシエイトという生徒会のアシスタントを務める係があり、それも全員学生で構成されています。ソルブリッジではこのように学生が主体で運営されています。そうやって皆留学生で自分たちの生活だけで大変なのにもかかわらず学生同士で助け合っていることに自分も刺激され、学習のモチベーションに繋がりました。
