i gradually get used to working at the airport. at the beginning, i and other interns listened to explanation how to work effectively, then after that we started individually working. at first i was upset every time customers came to ask me. but in the end of this month, i became not to be upset. and i felt my english and customer service skills are going up. internship kept me busy, but it also made me think about my future career.
